1.Offer
The Service Provider offers to provide car detailing services as described herein and in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Services"). The detailing services include but are not limited to:
Exterior wash and wax
Interior vacuuming and cleaning
Window cleaning
Tire and wheel cleaning
Engine bay cleaning (if requested)
Acceptance
The Customer agrees to accept the offer and hire the Peak Car Detailing to perform the Services as described in this Agreement.
Consideration
Service Fee: The total fee for the Services is $_________.
Final Payment: The remaining balance of $_________ is due upon completion of the Services.
Payments can be made by cash, venmo, or check.
Customer Responsibilities
The Customer shall provide access to the vehicle and ensure it is available at the agreed-upon time and location.
Peak Car Detailing Responsibilities
Peak Car Detailing shall perform the Services in a professional manner and to the best of their ability.
The Service Provider shall use high-quality products and equipment.
Liability
Peak Car Detailing shall not be liable for any damage to the vehicle that is pre-existing or unrelated to the detailing services.
Any claims for damage must be made prior to Peak Car Detailing leaving the premises upon completion of the Services.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within seven (7) days of receipt of notice.
Amendments
No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
